Pet Deposit: $150 per household
One-Time Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $150 per household
Monthly Pet Rent: $35 for one pet / $60 for two pets
50 lb weight limit, breed restrictions apply.
The following breed restrictions apply: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Belgian Malinois, Bullmastiff, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, Eskimo Spitz, German Shepherd, Giant Schnauzer, Great Dane, Husky, Pit Bull (Staffordshire Terrier), Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, and Wolf. Any breed that is mixed with one of these breeds is also restricted.
Please keep in mind that no exotic animals are permitted.
