Our Team

Willa Kalchek, Community Manager
Willa joined the Towne family twelve years ago as a Leasing Professional. She has been a Community Manager for eleven years, four of which have been spent here at The Falls. Willa is the 'glue' that keeps our team together. She makes The Falls a great place to work and live! She loves hiking and capturing the wonders of nature on her Kodak.

Emily Hall, Assistant Manager
Emily came into the apartment business with Towne Properties in 2005. She is an integral part in both the management and operational aspects of The Falls. She is our true multitasker. Emily enjoys the healthy stresses of her job and likes unwinding with a good work out. She loves being outdoors and staying active. |

Brittany Shockley, Leasing Professional/Social Director
Brittany is the newest member of our team, coming to us in May 2009. She has been in the apartment industry for four years. She wears many hats here at The Falls, doubling as our Leasing Professional and Social Director, both full time jobs. Brittany spends much of her free time outside with her dogs. At home she enjoys scrap-booking, gardening and spending time with her family.

Rick Nichols, Maintenance Supervisor
Rick has been in the maintenance field for 17 years. He has been servicing The Falls community for over five years. He has a strong work ethic and takes a great deal of pride in his work. He strives to get all service requests completed as quickly as possible. Rick is an avid bow-hunter and enjoys fishing and spending time with his family.

Steve Rancort, Grounds Supervisor/Maintenance
Steve has been with Towne Properties for five years. He is a vital part of every aspect here at The Falls. He is outside 90% of his day so you'll see him often. Steve retired from the Police Department before joining us at Towne. He spends his free time building and restoring hot rods and hangin' with his kids. |
